What's the purpose of writing about a small software company that was started back in the 1990's. Wha's the relevancy today? 24 Years later, the software is still widely used, and highly regarded, no small feat. But this is really about "how" it all came together, a look behind the curtain. This is a look into how an idea coupled with passion was turned into a reality. This is a look into that idea was transformed into something new, unique, and valuable. This is a look into the approach that was taken to create this success: the team, the software product, the supportive systems, the marketing, the funding, and most important, the making of a culture that brought praise from both clients and employees. This is our story.

In keeping with a base credo of TouchPoint's philosophy of "No egos allowed", you may be surprised to not find references to the specific people that created or worked at TouchPoint. This story is not about building egos. In keeping with the TP culture it is the opposite. The focus is on the experience, the lessons we learned, and the no one person made it all happen. In keeping with the TP culture, no one had more importance than another. It was a team, a family, and a true life adventure.
