What's the purpose of writing about a small software company that was started back in the 1990's.  Wha's the relevancy today? 24 Years later, the software is still widely used, and highly regarded, no small feat. But this is really about "how" it all came together, a look behind the curtain.  This is a look into how an idea coupled with passion was turned into a reality.  This is a look into that idea was transformed into something new, unique, and valuable.  This is a look into the approach that was taken to create this success: the team, the software product, the supportive systems, the marketing, the funding, and most important, the making of a culture that brought praise from both clients and employees. This is our story.

The focus is on the experience, the lessons we learned, and the no one person made it all happen.  In keeping with the TP culture, no one had more importance than another.  It was a team, a family, and a true life adventure.

Well, in 2019, the software is still widely used, and is still highly regarded 24 years after initial release: No small feat! However the reason to read on is that the successful methods that were employed, the culture that was created, and the extensive wisdom that was gained are universal, and time independent.
